摘要
将对白粉病免疫的大麦品种80S—111DNA 导入综合农艺性状优良但抗病性较差的小麦花培新品种花76中,得到了13株抗白粉病变异株,变异株频率2.77%。连续3代的观察鉴定结果表明:所得到的抗白粉病变异均属可遗传变异,13株变异株中有5株抗病性在后代无分离,其余8株抗性后代继续分离,但分离规律不一致。抗白粉病性似乎为显性遗传。
13 powdery mildew resistance variants were observed in progenies from introducing
exogenous DNA of donor 80S-111,a barley variety resistant to Erysphe graminis f.sp.tritici,into
recipient Hua 76,an anther culture wheat cultivar susceptible to disease,frequency of the resistance
variation being 2.77%.The results of observation and identification from continuous three genera-
tions showed that the powdery mildew resistance of the variants obtained was heritable.5 variant
lines were not segregating in the resistance and the other 8 variant lines still segregating in the fol-
lowing generation,but segregation regularity was not identical.The powdery mildew resistance
seemed to be dominant inheritance.
