摘要
根据热弹塑性应力理论、有限元理论 ,用大型有限元软件ANSYS对焊接工字型截面梁进行残余应力分析 ,分析结果表明 ,焊接残余压应力的分布与截面几何参数有关 ,为用有限元分析焊接工字型截面梁残余应力提供了一种方法。
Based on the theory of thermal elastic plastic stress and the theory of finite element,using the ANSYS-finite element analysis software,this paper analyzes the residual stress distribution at the welded I section beam The studying results indicate that the distribution of the welded residual stress is related to the cross section geometrical parameters,providing a practical approach for analyzing the residual stress at a welded I section beam by finite element method
