复方丹参滴丸对血浆内皮功能的保护作用 被引量:17

摘要 目的 :观察冠心病患者血管内皮功能的变化 ,探讨复方丹参滴丸对冠心病患者血管内皮功能异常的保护作用。方法 :分别对 80例冠心病与 80例正常人采用高分辨率血管超声检测肱动脉血流介导性舒张功能 ( FMD) ,并测定血中内皮素 ( ET- 1) ,进行比较。将 80例冠心病人采用随机、对照、单盲方法分为复方丹参滴丸治疗组 ( n=40 )和常规治疗组 ( n=40 ) ,疗程 8周。治疗前后分别测定肱动脉 FMD及 ET- 1。结果 :冠心病组肱动脉 FMD及 ET- 1显著高于正常组 ( P <0 .0 1) ,加用复方丹参滴丸治疗后肱动脉 FMD、ET- 1较治疗前有显著改善 ( P <0 .0 1) ,与常规治疗组比较有显著差异 ( P <0 .0 1)。结论 :冠心病患者血浆内皮功能较正常紊乱 。
