THE STUDIES OF THE EXPRESSION OF C-MYC IN ACUTE L EUKEMIA

摘要 目的 :研究 C- myc基因在急性白血病 (AL)细胞中的表达及其与 AL 的分型、临床特征、疗效及预后因素的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化方法检测 5 4例初治 AL 骨髓细胞 C- myc蛋白表达情况 ,分析其与 FAB分型、临床特征、疗效及预后因素的关系。结果 :AL 骨髓细胞中 C- myc基因的表达显著高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。 C- m yc基因表达在急性髓系白血病 (AML)与急性淋巴细胞白血病(AL L)无显著差异 ;在 AML 各亚型中 ,也无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。C- myc的表达与初诊时的白细胞数呈正相关 (r=0 .5 0 ,P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :C- myc基因的紊乱在 AL 的发病中起着重要作用 ,与白血病的某些临床特征。 Objective:To study the expression of C- myc gene in acute leukemia and his signifi- cance in the FAB classification,som e clinic features,treatm ent outcom e and prognostic factors of a- cute leukemia(AL) .Methods:By using imm unohistochem ical staining m ethod analysis,the expres- sions of C- m yc gene in 5 4 cases of untreated AL was detected,and the correlations of it with FAB classification,som e clinic features,treatm ent outcom e and prognostic factors of AL was also study. Results:Overexpression of C- m yc gene was found in AL (P<0 .0 5 ) .The expression of C- m yc in a- cute myeloid leukemia(AML) and acute lymphoid leukemia(AL L) had no significance.According to FAB classification,the expression of C- myc in various types had no also significance (P>0 .0 5 ) .The expression of C- m yc gene was significantly correlated with the WBC number without treated(r= 0 .5 0 ,P<0 .0 5 ) .Conclusion:Abnormal expression of C- myc gene in AL indicated that it play a piv- otal role in pathogenesis and progression of AL.This apoptosis- regulated gene was related to some clinic features,treatm ent outcome and prognostic factors of leukem ia.
