摘要
漫湾发电厂是云南省第一座百万千瓦级大型水电厂,在系统中占有重要地位。该厂原有监控方式为计算机监控系统与简化常规系统相结合,1994年投运。由于该系统存在容量不足,速度慢,部分技术落后等缺陷,于1999年7月起进行了技术改造,2000年5月完成改造工作。改造后的监控系统技术更为先进,功能更加完善,提高了运行可靠性,从而为电厂实现"无人值班"(少人值守)和巩固"创一流"成果提供了有力的保障。
The Manwan Hydropower Station is the first largescale hydropower plant at the level of million kW in Yunnan Province. It has an important position in the power system. Its former supervisory way combined the computer supervisory system with the simplified common system, which was put into operation in 1994. Because the system is short in capacity, low in speed and backward in some technologies, its technical transformation was started in July 1999 and completed in May 2000. The improved supervisory system has advanced technical level, perfect functions and high operation reliability, so it provides strong guarantee for the unattended operation of the power station.
