摘要
乌溪江水电厂利用自主开发的悬式三导机组轴线处理软件进行机组轴线处理,该软件接受到机械盘车数据后,经过模拟曲线、剔除异常点、引入曲线可靠度、即时输出最佳轴线处理方向和数值,并对处理后的摆度实现预控。经湖南镇水电站3号机和黄坛口水电站4号机大修盘车实际应用,效果理想。
This paper introduces mainly design principles of the software of axial adjustment for suspensiontype unit with threeguide bearing. By simulating axial curve, canceling abnormal data and inputting the reliability of axial curve, the software can give the best direction and value of axial adjustment, and precontrol the adjusted amplitude of swing. In overhauling of No.1 unit of Hunanzhen hydropower station and No.3 unit of Huantangkou hydropower station, it has been come into use in axial adjustment and has got good effectiveness.
