可控硅励磁故障及定子绕组事故分析与改进 被引量:2

摘要 通过新疆红山嘴电厂三级电站2号凸极式同步水轮发电机,无励磁运行导致定子绕组过热冒烟的事件,分析了发电机组在事故发生过程中各个阶段的运行状态及该类事故发生后对机组的危害。最终查出造成机组事故的根本原因是可控硅励磁装置供电电源无工作状态监视信号及故障报警信号;可控硅装置失磁保护不完善。针对原因,从实际出发,对可控硅励磁装置进行了相应的技术改造。这对设备生产厂家的励磁装置设计工作也具有积极的借鉴作用。 According to the failure of the stator winding of No.2 hydrogenerator of the thirdcascade plant of Hongshanzui Hydropower Station in Xinjing, caused by noexcitation operation, this paper analyzes the operation states in different periods during the failure occurrence of the generating unit and the damage on the generating unit. The final basic cause that resulted in the failure is no working state monitoring signal and failure warning signal of power supply source of controlled silicon excitation device. For this cause, the corresponding technical transformation was made in the controlled silicon excitation device. This paper can be also used for the design of excitation device for reference. 
