摘要
在工程项目建设管理中,进度控制和延误分析是一项非常重要的合同管理工作。将工程进度控制和合同管理融为一体,通过论述工期延误和进度分析技术的原理,阐明了实际进度分析的5种方法并作出相应的探讨,对实际工作中选择科学的进度分析方法有很好的帮助。
In the construction and management of project, the control of progress and the analysis of delay are very important to the work of contract management. This paper incorporates the progress control of project with contract management, describes the principles of analysis methods for the progress and delay of project and discusses five methods of actual progress analysis. This paper is helpful in the selection of scientific progress analysis method in the practice.
