激光诱导间质肿瘤热疗的生物组织双层结构模型 被引量:9

A Two-layer Biological Model for Laser-induced Interstitial Thermotherapy

摘要 基于肿瘤组织与正常生物组织物理特性的差别 ,建立了激光诱导间质肿瘤热疗 (LITT)中的双层组织结构模型 ,采用蒙特卡罗 (MonteCarlo)方法模拟组织中的能量传输 ,并根据Pennes生物传热方程确定组织中的温度变化规律 ,预测肿瘤凝固所需要的时间和热损伤区域的大小。 Considering the different physical properties between the tumor and the surrounding normal tissue, a two layer model was developed to describe the energy transport and the temperature behavior in the tumor tissue during the laser induced interstitial thermotherapy (LITT). Photon transport was simulated with the Monte Carlo method and then energy distribution was used to calculate the temperature distribution with Pennes bio heat equation. Both the time required to coagulate the tumor and the thermal damage depth are numerically predicted.
