摘要
医院供给的技术效率对医院运行成本和医疗服务项目的定价具有重要指导作用,通过运用随机前沿成本模型,对上海市45家医院供给的技术效率进行分析,显示不同级别医院存在着不同的低效率现象;采用多元回归统计方法,显示医疗收入占医院总收入的比例、医院总人数及卫技人员所占医院总人数的比例、医院所在区域、床位使用率、上级拨款等因素造成医院的低效率。在此基础上提出了相应的对策建议。
The hospital supply technological efficiency can provide an important rule to the hospital operationg cost and the price making for medical care items.By using random cost medel the authors analyzed the supply technological efficiency in 45 hospitals in Shanghai.The results indicated that there were low efficiency phenomena in the different rank hospitals.They also used multiple regression to analyze the reasons that caused these phenomena.These phenomena were caused by all these reasons such as the proportion of medical income to the total income,the total personnel in the hospitals,the proportion of technological personnel to the total personnel,the district the hospital belongs to,the efficiency of bed using,and the financial support from the upper treasury department and so on.Based on this analysis,the authors gave out some countermeasures.
