摘要
目的 :提高对妊娠急性脂肪肝 (AFLP )的认识。方法 :报告成功抢救 1例AFLP并结合文献复习病因 ,病理 ,临床表现 ,诊断 ,鉴别诊断和治疗。结果 :本病和妊娠合并重症肝炎临床表现相似但病理基础不同 ,如能及时终止妊娠 ,积极处理多脏器功能障碍综合征 ,多数产妇预后良好。结论 :对妊娠合并肝病者必须注意排除AFLP以便早期诊断 ,及时处理 ,改善预后。
Objective: To improve the recognization about the AFLP. Methods: To report a case of AFLP and combine with the documents review it's pathology ,pathogory, diagnose, treatment and distinguish.Results: AFLP have a similar clinical manifestaion,but a different pathology with pregnancy merging serious hepatitis of virous. Received timely delivery and treatment to MODS ,most of them have a favorable prognosis. Conclusion: In order to give an earlier diagnose and a timely treatment, if pregnancy merging with hepatology, we must pay attention to AFLP.
