摘要
农村信用社的改革已成为当前工作的重点 ,尤其是在加入WTO后显得更加重要。但“内部人控制”问题日益严重 ,已成为制约农村信用社改革进一步深化的主要障碍之一。本文仅就这一问题进行初步探讨 ,分析其成因、后果 ,并提出了相应的政策建议 ,以期对农村信用社的改革有所启迪。
Currently,the reform of Rural Credit Cooperation(RCC)has been more emphasized especially after China's entrance to WTO.But insider-control of RCC is becoming more and more serious,which has been a main obstacle to the further reform of RCC.This paper discusses the reasons and results of insider-control and puts forward some policies and advice for the reform of RCC in the future.
