摘要
对我国农民收入增长缓慢、乏力的原因 ,众说纷纭 ,笔者认为最根本的原因在于城市化滞后 ,滞后的城市化使过多的农民拥挤在有限的土地上 ,单位土地承载的人口过多 ,从根本上制约着农民收入的增长。
The auther puts forward that the reasons for slow increase of peasants'income lie in the delayed citification which ties over-populated peasants to limited land and refrains the income increase.As a result,speeding citification up is the only way to increase the income foundamentally.
