摘要
目的探讨小儿外伤性硬膜外血肿的临床特点、手术方法及治疗效果。方法对本院自1994年1月至2002年5月收治的50例小儿外伤性EDH,进行回顾性分析。手术治疗49例,保守1例。结果全部病例中存活49例,死亡1例。其中重残1例,死亡率2%。结论早期诊断、及时正确的治疗,是小儿外伤性硬膜外血肿患者降低死亡率致残率、提高治愈率的关键。
Objective To investigate clinical characteristic,operative method,therapeutic effect of the children traumatic epidural hematomas.Meth ods 50cases of the children traumatic epidural hematomas treated from January1994to May2002in our departments were analyzed retrospectively,49cases were operated on and1case was treated conservativ ely.Re sults49cases were survived,one of which was seriously disabled,there was one case dead.The mortality rate was2%.Conclu sion The diagnosis and correct treatment as early as possible are the importment factors that decreased the mortality and morbidity of the children traumatic epidural hematoma.
