摘要
选用氟化钙为窗口材料,通过实验验证了高温和应力作用下的窗口对光束质量的影响。选取一种高能激光光束质量的评价方法,对窗口效应引起的光束质量退化在实验中得到了验证。通过处理光束在远场的光斑半径,得出由于窗口的影响,光斑半径变大且增长速率较快的结论,从而证实窗口热效应对光束质量有较大影响。
CaF\-2 was chosen as the window material. The experiment was guided to test the influence of the window on beam quality while the window was at high temperature and stress. A deterioration of high energy laser beam quality caused by temperature rise and deformation of CaF2 window was presented in our experiment. After the far\|field beam spot of high energy laser is analyzed, and the far\|field beam spot's radius increase rapidly owing to the heating effect of CaF\-2 window is shown. Therefore, the influence of heating effect of CaF\-2 window on beam quality is verified. \;
