摘要
通过长江某港Q9油罐工程实践,分析了特大型立柱式油罐壁板的焊接应力与变形和厚板的焊透性以及冬季施焊的若干问题,并采取了相应的措施,取得了较好的效果,为特大型油罐壁板的焊接工艺积累了经验。
It is analyzed that welding stress and distortion of the oversize colu mn-type oil tank, and weldability of the thick plate and some problems in the wi nter of executing jointing, and taking relevantly measures, preferable effects a re acquired via practizing of Q9 oil tank, engineering at a certain harbor on th e Yangzi River. Experience is accumulated for welding technology of wainscot of oversize oil tank.
