摘要
综述了国内外超细粉碎技术及设备的现状、进展 ,指出了发展趋势。超细粉碎是物料深加工中的难题 ,也是粉体技术中的关键 ,它对现代工程技术的发展起着重要的作用。自 4 0年代以来 ,超细粉碎技术已取得了显著进步。目前 ,国内外用于实际生产中的超细粉碎设备主要有高速机械冲击式磨机、气流磨、介质搅拌磨、振动磨等设备 ,并从工作原理、结构特点等方面详细介绍了其典型设备。同时又指出了近年来国内外在此领域中的新进展。最后 。
The present situation,developments about superfine crushing techniques and equipments home and overseas are reviewed,progressing trends of which are pointed out.Superfine crushing that plays a great role in the development of modern engineering techniques is not only a task in materiel finish machining but also the key of powder techniques.Since 1940,great progress has been made.At present,superfine crushing equipments that are being used in actual manufacture home and overseas mainly include high velocity impact mill,fluid energy mill,medium stirred mill,vibration ball mill and other equipments.From aspents of working principle,structure and characteristics,typical equipments of these types are detailed with recent progress home and overseas mentioned.ln the end,according to the problems that exist at present,directions of research on superfine crushing are pointed out for the future.
