摘要 目的 探讨视神经MR检查的理想扫描方法 ,提高视神经MRI图像质量。方法 技术性分析 13 0例健康志愿者的视神经MR扫描图像 ,按扫描方式不同分组 :对照组 (4 4例 )、研究组分为A组 (不带眼罩 41例 )和B组 (带眼罩 45例 )。观察视神经及周围解剖结构和细节的显示情况 ,将图像质量分为三级 :清晰可见、可见和隐约可见。采用SPSS统计软件对所得数据进行统计分析。结果 使用头颅线圈、多方位MR扫描 ,能清晰显示视神经及相关解剖结构。B组的扫描方法与对照组及A组相比 ,图像质量明显提高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 使用头颅线圈 ,常规准备后 ,给病人戴上黑布眼罩 ,闭眼 ,告知病人在扫描时心里默默有节奏计数的扫描方法 ,能提高视神经MR检查的图像质量。 Objective To improve the quality of optic nerve MR images by seeking for the best scan mode of optic nerves.Methods Optic nerve MR images of one hundred and thirty normal people were analyzed technically.These volunteers were divided into 2 groups according to various scan modes:the control group (44 cases) were examed by a routine scan mode and the study group (86 cases) were examed by the scanning parallel to the long axis of optic nerve.Moreover,all individuals in the study group were divided into another two subgroups:the subgroup A (41 cases,without an eye shield) and the subgroup B (45 cases,with an eye shield).According to the visibility of optic nerves and their surrounding structures in detail,MR imaging quality was judged as 3 grades:distinct,visible and indistinct.All data were analyzed statistically by a SPSS statistical software.Results With a cranial coil and multiplanar scanning,MRI could distinctly show optic nerves and their correlated anatomic structures.The quality of images in the subgroup B was markedly improved compared with the control group and the subgroup A ( P <0.05). Conclusion After routine preparation,with a cranial coil and an eye shield,if optic nerve MRI examination is performed when the patient keeps his eyes close and counts quietly rhythmically in his head,the quality of images can be improved significantly.
