我国西部地质环境的基本特征及存在的主要问题。提出西部地质环境保护的主要对策 ;立法和建立四级地法环境监测体系 ,增加投入、部门关系和落实规划措施 ;开展区域性环境地质调查 ;
Considering that basic features and problems occurring in our western geological environment, the paper proposes main counter-measures for the protection of western geological environment. The counter-measures are as follows: establish four-level supervision systems on geological environment and put them into legal concept; supplement investment, adjust relationship among divisions and execute plans; carry out environmental geological investigation of regions; strengthen the data's integration and research related to geological environment; comprehensively treat geological disasters.
