摘要
分析中国地质灾害现状及建立地质灾害防灾预警系统的必要性 ,提出系统的基本特点应以群测群防为基础。建议进行隐患调查 ,制定防治规划 ,实行管理责任制 ,加强监测 。
By analysis on the current geological situation and necessity of the establishment of geological disasters' early warning system, the paper proposes that the characteristics of the system should be based on widely preventive measures. Manipulating preventive plan, carrying out regulation of responsibility, strengthening supervision, working out plan against natural calamities etc, are suggested to be effective supervision methods.
