基质金属蛋白酶和胎膜早破的关系 被引量:9

摘要 胎膜早破的原因尚不清楚 ,但胎膜本身的结构变化可能是最重要的因素。基质金属蛋白酶是能溶解胶原、氨基葡聚糖、纤维蛋白、层粘连蛋白等细胞外基质的一组酶 ,许多因素如感染、松弛素H2 升高、血浆纤原蛋白酶、细胞因子等均可通过基质金属蛋白酶的调节使胎膜细胞外基质的降解增多 ,胎膜结构紊乱 ,从而胎膜抗张力、强度能力下降 ,最终导致胎膜早破。
