土壤中丙溴磷含量测定及残留动态研究

摘要 目的 弄清田间喷洒丙溴磷后在土壤中的残留及降解规律。方法 采用GC -FPD法测定田间喷洒丙溴磷后 ,不同天数丙溴磷在土壤中的残留量。结果 丙溴磷在土壤中的最低检出浓度为 0 .0 4mg/kg。加标回收率在 95 .2 %~ 98.7%范围内 ,变异系数 3 .4%~ 4.5 %。按推荐量施药 ,丙溴磷在土壤中降解符合一级动力学 ,半衰期为 1 .0 9d。施药后 1 3d丙溴磷在土壤中降解率为 98.3 %。结论 测定方法简便、快速、准确、实用。丙溴磷在土壤中的降解较迅速 。 Objective To explore the rule of the degrad ation of profenofos in soil.Methods The residues of profenofos was determinated byGC with F PD detector.Results Detection limit of profenofos in soil is 0 .04mg/kg.Rates of recoveries of profenofos added in soil are in the range of 95.2%~98.7%.The relative standard deviation is 3.4~4.5%.Spra yed on soil according to the dose commended,profe nofos degradation consistent with one range dynamics.The half life of profenofos in soil is 1.09 days.13 days after addition to soil,the rate of degradation i s 98.3%.Conclusion This method is simple,rapid,accurate and precise. The degr adation of profenofos was more rapidly and the contamination of profenofos in so il was unserious.
