摘要
目的 :建立青光康片的质量标准 ,测定青光康片中芍药苷的含量。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法对青光康片中芍药苷进行含量测定。结果 :芍药苷浓度线性范围为 0 .10 4～ 0 .5 2 0 μg·mL 1 ,r =0 .9993。样品平均回收率为98.0 0 % ,RSD为 1.18% (n =6)。结论 :该方法适用于青光康片的质量控制。
Objective:To determine the paeoniflorin content in qingguangkang tablets so as to establish a quality standard for qingguangkang tablets. Method:The content of paeoniflorin in the product was determined with HPLC method. Results:The linear range of paeoniflorin concentration was 0.104-0.520 μg·mL 1 and correlation coefficient was 0.999 3. The average recovery of sample was 98.00% with a RSD of 1.18%( n =6). Conclusion:The method is suitable for the quality control of qingguangkang tablets.
