摘要
本文简要回顾了改革开放以来我国在利用外资方面取得的成就及其对国民经济发展的积极影响 ,客观地分析了当前国际资本流动的特点 ,列举了今后一段时间我国利用外资所面临的国际国内环境 。
The present article first gives a brief review to great achievements in the utilization of foreign capital in the past two decades and their effects on the economic growth of China. Then the paper argues the characteristics of current international capital flow, the international & domestic economic environment that China will be confronted with. Finally, the present author discusses some strategies of the utilization of foreign capital in a new stage.
