The formative mechanism and investigating history on thrombosis and the development and up to the minute trendson of therapeutics to thrombosis are introduced in this paper.The antithrombosis treatment,thrombolytic therapy and intervention ultrasonic thrombus ablation are mainly discussed in detail.
