摘要
功能性胃肠病是一组危害人类健康的多发病 ,其发病率远高于消化道溃疡等症。目前 ,该病的发病机制尚未明了 ,研究表明胃肠道激素分泌紊乱是重要的病因之一。笔者综述了近年来对该病的研究进展 ,以指导临床诊断和治疗。
Functional gastrointestinal diseases (FGID) are common diseases which affect human health seriously.The incidence of FGID is higher than that of gastrointestinal ulcers,and the mechanism is not clear.Research shows that the disturbance of hormones may be one of the main causes.This article reviews the recent research situation so as to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
