本文介绍了收集大气降水仪器在工作中经常发生的故障及出现的异常现象，例举了排除各种故障的方法及确定 资料精度的依据，对做好降水记录工作具有一定的指导意义。
The paper introduces the fault and the abnormal phenomena of the instrument collecting the atmospheric precipitation, gives the examples of the method for removing the fault and the basis for determining the data prcision, it has the fixed guiding significance for precipitation recording.
