摘要
目的 研究中药肝复新口服液对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 分别用碳粒廓清法、血清半数溶血素、T淋巴细胞的增殖反应测定肝复新口服液对小鼠单核 -巨噬细胞及T、B淋巴细胞功能的影响。结果 与对照组比较 ,肝复新组小鼠的碳粒廓清指数明显提高 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;淋巴细胞转化程度明显提高 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1 ) ,大、中剂量肝复新组小鼠血清溶血素含量明显提高 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1 )。
Object To study the immunomodulatory effect of traditional Chinese medicine Ganfuxin Oral Solution(GXOS) on immunologic functions in mice.Methods The experiment was carried out to determine the effect of GXOS on phagocytotic functions of mononuclear macrophage and lymphocytes T and B with carbon particle clearance test;the ability of antibody production was evaluated by HC 50 ;and the proliferation of T lymphocyte was measured by MTT assay.Results The index of carbon particle clearance of normal mouse was significantly improved in mice fed with GXOS than those in the normal controls(P<0.05,P<0.01).Large or medium dosage of GXOS may raise the content of serumhemolysin(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion GXOS could improve immunologic function.
