摘要
本文论述了以双波长倍增差示法可同时测定抗感灵片中的乙酰水杨酸(A)和咖啡因(C)的含量。此法乃基于测定标准溶液A(2~10)×10^(-5)g/ml、C(2~10)×10^(-6)g/ml和样品溶液,在波长273nm和286nm处的吸收度。A和C的平均回收率分别是:100.9±0.76,100.8±0.81。此法简便准确,适用于药物制剂分析。
This paper described the simultaneous determination of acetylsalicylic acid (A) and caffeine (C) in 'kang-gan-ling' tablet by the dual wavelength spectrophotometry multiplication subtractive method. This method was based on the measurement of both absorbance of standard solution of A(2~10)×l0^(-6)g/ml and C(2~10)×10^(-6)g/ml and sample solution at wavelength 273 nm and 286 nm. The average recoveries for A and G were 100.9±0.76 and 100.8±0.81 respectively. The method was simple, accurate and suitable for analysing pharmaceutical preparations.
