摘要
本研究为乙状窦后进路手术测得:①横窦沟下缘体表投影为自乳突尖垂直向上30mm的水平线,术中上警戒线为自乳突尖垂直向上22mm的水平线。②乙状窦沟后缘体表投影为自下颌小头水平向后44mm的垂直线,术中前警戒线为自下颌小头水平向后50mm的垂直线。③自乳突尖以45°向后上方引一30mm斜线,从该线上端向下作一与其呈直角的5mm短线,以短线下端为圆心,以10mm为半径划圆,此圆周内包括94.2％的乳突孔,乳突孔外口越接近颞枕缝,其内外口直径有增大趋势。
Some useful marks were investigated on cranium for the postsigmoidal approach in the neurotological surgery: ①the lower border of the transverse sinus and the so-called upper warning line; ②the posterior border of the sigmoidal sinus and the so-called anterior warning line; ③the method for judging the location and size of the foramen mastoideum.
