摘要
目的 :研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)患者不同病期外周血中性粒细胞 (PMN)凋亡及相关基因 (bcl- 2 )的表达。方法 :分离外周血中性粒细胞 ,流式细胞仪分析培养 2 4 h PMN凋亡及 bcl- 2基因表达的情况。结果 :COPD患者 PMN凋亡率明显低于对照组 ,bcl- 2基因表达上调 ,急性期组 PMN凋亡率又明显低于缓解期组 ,bcl- 2基因表达也明显上调。结论 :COPD患者 PMN凋亡减少 ,bcl-
Objective:To investigate neutrophil apoptosis and expression of bcl 2 gene of peripheral blood in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:Neutrocytes were isolated from whole blood in 29 patients with COPD,their apoptosis and expression of bcl 2 gene were determined by flow cytometry.Results:Inhibition of neutrophil apoptosis and increase of bcl 2 expression in COPD patients and acute patients were remarkably higher than those in healthy controls and convalescent patients respectively( P< 0.01).Conclusion:There exist the decrease of neutrophil apoptosis and the upregulation of bcl 2 expression in COPD.
