摘要
目的 :评价 NVB联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效和毒副作用。方法 :收集晚期非小细胞肺癌患者 94例 ,给予 NVB+DDP化疗 ,第 1天、第 8天静脉滴注 NVB 4 0 mg,第 1天到第3天静脉滴注 DDP 5 0 mg,3周为 1周期 ,2周期后评价疗效。结果 :本组 94例 NSCL C患者中 ,总有效率 (CR+PR) 4 7.8% ,其中初治 5 0 .0 % ,复治病例 4 6 .7% ,初、复治病例间无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,毒副作用主要是骨髓抑制、局部刺激。结论 :NVB+DDP治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌有较好的临床疗效 ,特别是对复发病例也有较好疗效 ,毒副作用能够耐受 ,有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of navelbine and cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non small cell cancer.Methods:Ninety four patients with advanced non small lung cancer were treated by combination chemotherapy of navelbine and cisplatin for two cycles: NVB 40 mg iv drop on day1,8; DDP 50 mg iv drop on day 1～3. The response,toxicity were evaluated.Results:The total response rate was 47.9 %. The response rate of patients in primary treatment was 50.0 % and that of return cases was 46.7 %. The major toxicity was inhibition of bone marrow.Conclusion:Combination chemotherapy of navelbine and cisplatin is effective in the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer including the return cases.This regimen was quite clinically valuable.
