摘要
介绍邓铁涛教授运用岭南草药经验。补气不作火,首选五爪龙;除痹重化湿,用药选诸藤;通淋选珍凤,兼证有变通;止痛辨病因,标本皆兼顾;外感多暑热,解表宜轻清;养心素馨花,滋贤楮实子;止痢火炭母,消积独脚金。
Prof. DENG' s experience on the application of southern herbal drugs was presented. Radix Ipomoeae Cairicae was used for invigorating qi without inducing hyperactivity of fire. Herbal vines for relieving bi - syndrome and dissipating damp. Herba Phyllanthi Urinariae and Herbal Pteridis Multifidae for relieving stranguria with modification for complications. For relieving pains, the cause should be differentiated anil both secondary and primary aspects should be considered. The exogenous affection is mostly caused by summer -heat, and drugs for relieving exterior syndrome should be mild dosage with clearing action. Flos Jasmimi Grandiflori Immatunis is used for nourishing the heart, Fruclus Broussonetiae for nouishing the kidney, Herba Polygoni Chinesis for relieving dysentery and Herba Strigae for promoting digestion.
