摘要
目的 探讨提高吸氧浓度后动脉血达到充分氧合的时间。方法 10名接受呼吸机通气治疗的患者 ,在不改变呼吸模式及其呼吸机参数情况下 ,分别测定其在吸氧浓度 4 0 %时及吸氧浓度 10 0 %后 1、4、7、10、13、16、30min的动脉血氧分压 (PaO2 )的值。结果 吸氧浓度 10 0 %后 4min ,PaO2 达 391.1± 17.8,显著高于吸氧浓度 4 0 %和 10 0 %后1min的PaO2 值 ;与吸氧浓度 10 0 %后 7min的PaO2 值相比 ,则无显著差异。结论 吸氧浓度 10 0 %后 4min ,动脉血就可以达到充分氧合。
Objective To investigate the time length of sufficient oxygenation in arterial blood after increasing concentration of oxygen inhalation.Methods In 10 patients (male 6, female 4) who were receiving respirator treatment changes of partial pressure of oxygen in artery (PaO 2) were observed at 40% concentration of oxygen inhalation and at 1,4,7,10,13,16 and 30 min of 100% concentration of oxygen inhalation.Results The level of PaO 2 (391.1±17.8) at 4 min of 100% oxygen inhalation was significantly higher than that at 40% oxygen inhalation and at 1 min of 100% oxygen inhalation, and similar to that at 7 min of 100% oxygen inhalation.Conclusion Sufficient oxygenation was achieved in arterial blood at 4 min after 100% concentration of oxygen inhalation.
