摘要
针对辽河油田欢四联稠油产出污水水温高、含油及COD含量高,而BOD5低,污水可生化性差,其处理水外排不达标的具体问题,在分析研究产出污水处理效果主要影响因素的基础上,提出了适合于欢四联稠油产出污水处理达标外排的新思路与技术方案。实验研究表明,采用高效水质净化技术及水质改性技术均可使稠油产出污水处理外排达标,高效水质净化技术具有水处理成本低、处理工艺流程简单、投资省的优点,是一种适用于欢四联现场应用的外排水处理方案。
The thick oil produced wastewater at Huansilian has the characteristics of high temperature, high oil content, high COD value, low BOD5 value, which can not meet the requirement of discharge standard. Same new treatment schemes of meeting discharge standard is put forward. The results show that both high efficiency water purification technology and water property reform technology can reach the goal, however, the first one is more suitable for Huansilian with simple process, lower investment and operation expense.
