摘要
目前,液相氧化还原脱硫工艺大多用于低压天然气的直接处理,用于高压气体脱硫时会造成严重发泡和堵塞等问题,而且能耗颇高。由:去国IFP和LGI联合开发的液相氧化还原新工艺sulfintHP能够直接处理压力高达约8 MPa的天然气,并对流量、H2S含量以及重烃含量的变化表现出较高适应性和可靠性。该工艺已在工业条件下操作的中试装置上运转6000 h以上。文中将详细介绍和评述Sulfint HP的工艺流程和中试及技术经济比较结果。
Based on sulfur production in natural gas, H2S adsorption or scavenging and amine processes are well suited for the small scale (less than 0. 1 t/d) and large scale (greater than 10 t/d) sulfur production respectively. Redox processes are economically attractive for the medium scale applications, but always not applicable for direct teating high pressure gases. Sulfint HP process, developed by IFF and LGI, has been successfully demonstrated under industrial conditions treating high pressure (8 MPa) natural gas, and appears flexible and is able to treat a wide range of gas compositions satisfactorily. The flow scheme, pilot test results and cost comparisons are introduced and reviewed in this paper.
