摘要
AIM:To observe the influence of psycholo gical intervention on mental health of hemiplegias after stroke.METHODS:82hemiplegias after stroke were divided into control and interventi on groups in certain conditions.Patients in control group received only routine treatment,while patients in interv ention group received psychological intervention as well.Symptom Checklist was adopted to measure the mental health of patients.RESULTS:The scores of panic,anxiety,depression and stubborn in intervention group were sign ifi-cantly lower than that in control (P<0.05or P<0.01).CONCLU-SION:Early psychological intervention c an improve the mental health of hemiplegias after stroke.
