摘要
目的:制备一种含有鬼臼毒素DPPC脂质体凝胶剂,用于治疗和预防尖锐湿疣的复发。材料和方法:用逆向蒸发法制备药物,光镜和电镜观察其形态。用凝胶渗透色层技术测得脂质体的包封率。结果:鬼臼毒素DPPC脂质体光镜下可见球形脂质体,其平均粒径为187nm;电镜下DPPC脂质体的结构是多层多室脂质体。包封率为73.8%。结论:使用逆向蒸发法制备脂质体使其分布较均匀,方法简便易行,其包封率较高。
Objective: We prepared a gels which contain podophyllotoxin DPPC liposome, and it was used to treat and prevent the relapse of CA (Condyloma Accuminatum). Materials and methods: Prepared the liposome with the method after reverse evaporation technique, then its appearances was detected by optic and electronic microscope, and its embedding ratio was examined by gel filtration. Results: When podophyllotoxin DPPC liposome was detected by optic microscope, the global liposome was found, and the average diameter is 187nm. Under electronic microscope, it was multilayer and multichamber. The embedding ratio is 73.8%. Conclusion: The distribution of gels which we prepared is more uniformity, the method of preparation is simple, and the embedding ratio is higher.
