摘要
介绍胜利炼油厂第二制氢装置Z4 0 9/Z4 0 5G轻油蒸汽转化催化剂中毒失活及再生过程。分析失活原因 ,提出改进措施 ;对催化剂进行成功再生后 ,Z4 0 9/Z4 0 5G催化剂的活性完全恢复到中毒前的水平。
Presented the deactivation of naphtha steam reforming catalysts Z409/Z405G by poisoning and their regeneration procedure in the second hydrogen production plant of Shengli Refinery,analyzed the deactivation reasons,put forward improving measures,and successfully regenerated the deactivated catalysts.The activity of Z409/Z405G was completely recovered to that before they were poisoned.
