摘要
叙述了磺化丁二酸单酯(简称JE-1)的合成方法,反应原理及工艺流程并测定了有关性能。该乳化剂适用于烯类单体的乳液聚合,在用于苯乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯-丙烯酸体系的乳液共聚合时效果较好。
The principle of reaction, the synthetic method and the process were described for the synthesis of sulphonated rnonoester succinate(JE-1). Its properties were also tested. This emulgent applies to the olefinic emulsion polymerization, It was effectively used in the emulsion polymerization of styrene-butyl acrylate-acrylic acid.
