摘要
通过实验测试系统研究消失模超细粉涂料流变性能、悬浮性以及透气特性,结果表明,一定粒度范围的超细粉涂料所具有较好的悬浮性、涂挂性与致密性。超细粉涂料在实际中的应用,不仅满足消失模连续生产对涂料的要求,而且提高所生产消失模铸件的表面质量。
In this paper the rheological property?suspension quality and permeability of the microcosmic powder of coating for EPC are investigated.The results show that the microcosmic powder of coating within the limits grain fineness is superior in suspension quality?smear quality and density.The use of the microcosmic powder of coating meet technical demands of EPC mass production and improve surface quality of EPC casting.
