摘要
公交基础设施投资规模大 ,建设周期长 ,社会效益显著但经济效益不明显。当前公交基础设施融资难已成为制约上海城市建设长期可持续发展的客观问题。本文从上海市公交基础设施的使用现状入手 ,结合上海的未来城市发展规划 ,提出通过公交基础用地的综合利用 ,拓宽基础设施融资渠道的有效途径。
The scale of investment on infrastructure of public transit is big,construction period is long,the social benefit is remarkable but the economic benefits are not obvious.Public transit infrastructure financing has restricted long-term objective problem of sustainable development of the urban construction in Shanghai,The article started with the current situation of the public transit infrastructures,combining the urban development planning of Shanghai,Proposed the effective way of the financing channel of infrastructures through the foundation land used for comprehensive utilization of public transit.
