摘要 本文介绍了利用MCS—51系列单片机实现的粮库温湿度自动检测系统的工作原理和设计方法,这是一个性能价格比较高的系统。在该系统中,几十个温度(还可以扩展到上百个)传感器都是用灵敏度高价格低廉的热敏电阻,用软件克服了这种传感器的线性度和温定性差的缺点。通过一定工作量的计算和数据处理,将对湿度的检测转化为对温度的检测,从而简化了电路,过一步降低了成本。由于本系统采取了一系列软件抗干扰措施,故实现可靠运行。 This text introdoced the working fundamental and design methods of using MCS-51 sories monolithic mierocomputor to carry out the automatic inspect and measure system of temperature and hunidity in grain depot This is a high prize system in performance In the system, scores (also may be widened to one hundred)of temperature sensor that the thermistor that was high in sensitivity and low in prige was used Bad linearity and temperature steadiness of this sensor were got rid of by using soft ware. Through counting specified amount of works and data processing, there will be a change from inspecting and measuring temperature to hunidity. Thus the circuit was simplified and production costs were reduced. Because of the adopt of a series of measures of anti-interference of software and hardware, reliable working has come true.
