摘要
本文从理论和实例计算两方面证明了直接利用遗传相关进行通径分析的可行性,提出了表型通径系数和遗传通径系数等概念,指出了遗传通径分析的理论和实践意义。
From the results of this study it was seen that the best formula of mutrient medium of spawn of Coprinus comatus contains 200g potato, 10g grape suger, 10g meal of oat, 20g agar and 1000ml water; The best recipe of culture medium for he emergence of mushroom contains 90% coat of cotton seed, 8% meal of oat, 1% canesuger, 0.5% phosphate and 0.5% plaster stone. The siutable temperature for fruit body and hyphae growth are 20～25℃ and 18～20℃ respectivly and with a siutable pH6.5～7.5 for the natrient medium.
