摘要
目的 :观察加味保安颗粒治疗胃癌疼痛的疗效。方法 :将 6 2例患者随机分为治疗组 (31例 )和对照组 (31例 ) ,根据疼痛分级指数结合生活质量评分评定疗效。结果 :治疗组总有效率 95 % ,显效率75 6 % ,与对照组比较差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。加味保安颗粒可显著提高癌症患者的生活质量 (P <0 0 1) ,长期连续使用无成瘾性和明显毒副反应。结论 :加味保安颗粒为治疗胃癌疼痛的安全有效药剂。
Objective To study the effect of jiaweibaoankeli treating stomach ache caused by stomach tumor.Methods Sixty two patients were divided into therapeutic group with 31 cases and control group with 31 cases randomizedly,estimating the effect as the ache degree and living quality.Results The total effective rate of the therapeutic group was 95%.The notely effect was 75 6%.There was no difference between the therapeutic group and control group.However,the therapeutic group was more effective than control group to improve the living quality,and there were no side effect,no toxicity,no inveterate trendency.Conclusion Jiaweibaoankeli is an effective and safe medication to ease pain caused by stomach tumor.
