摘要
本研究重点调查了向日葵列当不同寄生严重度对向日葵主要经济性状的影响和二者间的相关性;同时进行了田间防治的药剂筛选试验及抗性品种筛选。研究表明,向日葵列当寄生严重度与向日葵的花盘直径、千粒重、盘粒重均呈现极显著的负相关;草甘膦是防治向日葵列当较好的一种药剂,品种抗病性筛选结果认为油用葵花对列当表现为高抗,食用葵经品种食葵3号对列当也有较高的抗性。这项研究为解决冀西北地区向日葵列当对向日葵的严重危害的原因提供了可靠数据,为今后病害的防治打下了基础。
This study was made on the effect of Orobanehe cumana W. on main economic characters of sunflower and correlation between them. Screening for efficient chemicals in fields and for resistant varieties were also conducted. The results showed that: 1) there was a significant negative correlation between parasitic severity of O. cumana W. and diameter of flower dish, weight per thousand seeeds or weight per dish; 2) Glyphosate was a good herbicide to control the parasite; 3) variety of sunflower for oil were high resistant, and some of the varieties for food also showed resistance in some extent. The result of this experiment provided a basis for controlling the damage of O. W. to sunflower in the north-western area of Hebei Province.
