摘要
目的 :了解 3种过氧化脲漂白剂在体情况下对釉质表面的影响。方法 :选用临床正畸患者即将拔除的健康前磨牙 ,分为 4组 ,每天分别给予 3种过氧化脲漂白剂 (30 0、1 60 g/LCP -Rembrandt,1 50 g/LCP-瑞康 )漂白处理 ,空白对照组不作处理。 2周后 ,拔除受试牙 ,即刻用扫描电镜对釉质表面进行观察。结果 :30 0 g/L过氧化脲漂白组釉质表面局部有轻度溶解、脱矿现象 ;1 60、1 50 g/L组漂白后釉质表面较光滑 ,无明显脱矿。结论 :临床情况下 ,以上受试产品中 ,30 0g/L过氧化脲对釉质局部表面有轻微脱矿作用 ,1 60、1 50 g/L过氧化脲对釉质表面无明显脱矿作用。
AIM:To observe the surface characteris ti cs of enamel after bleaching with 300,160,150 g/L carbamide peroxide in vivo .METHODS:Nine patients whose healthy premolars would be extr acted for orthodontics treatment were selected. They were treated with 300,160 g/L CP(Rembrandt,Den-mat)and 150 g/L CP(Ruikang ,FMMU)twice daily for two week s respectively. Then the teeth were extracted immediately and their facial and l ingual sides were incised into slabs.The specimens were examined with scanning e lectron microscope.RESULTS:The SEM revealed that there are sli ghtly etching on the enamel surface of 300 g/L CP treated group, no significant difference between the 160, 150 g/L CP,and control group.CONCLUSION:For the three products,the 300 g/L CP produced slightly etching effect on the enamel surface, the 160 and 150 g/L CP had no adverse effect on surface morp hology.
