摘要
针对以往稠油、高凝油区块开采工艺技术的不足 ,研究了磁降凝、降粘技术。其原理是利用稀土永久磁铁产生磁场 ,使原油经过特定的磁场处理后 ,其粘度和凝固点在一定时间内发生变化 ,粘度下降 3 0 %~ 5 0 % ,凝固点下降 6~ 2 2℃。磁降凝、降粘技术配合热水循环工艺使一些难以开采的油井正常生产 。
In accordance with inefficiency of recovery technologies for heave and high pour point oil, magnetic pour viscosity reduction technology has been studied. The mechanism is that, the viscosity and pour point of crude oil may change within certain period after flowing over a special magnetic field formed by permanent magnet of rare earth, and the viscosity may reduce by 30%~50%, the pour point by 6~22℃. Magnetic pour viscosity reduction technology together with hot water circulation may bring some problem wells back to normal production, thus improving production and recovery factor.
