摘要
在讨论了河南黄河防洪工程规划计划信息系统功能设计、总体构成以及开发技术方案的基础上 ,运用多目标模糊决策技术 ,建立了河南黄河防洪工程规划计划多目标模糊决策模型 ,并给出了在既定项目规划和投资规模一定的条件下 ,进行工程年度计划科学决策的实例研究 .
Based on discussing function,total constitution and developing techniques of the programming and plan Information System of Henan Yellow River Flood Control Engineering,multi target misty decision making mode is built up on the basis of applying multi target misty decision making to engineering programming and plan information system,and a example is presented about a scientific decision making of annual engineering plan under the condition of decided project programming and investment scale.
