摘要
介绍了双极膜电渗析器在低浓度二氧化硫烟气净化中的应用 ,用国产双极膜和阴、阳离子交换膜组成二室双极膜电渗析器 ,考察了双极膜的性能 ,得出在高电流密度 96 .0 9mA/cm2 和 1.2~ 1.7V的膜电压下 ,能获得较高的电流效率 (80 %~ 10 0 % )和较快的转化速率 .提出了国产双极膜存在的问题和今后研究的方向 .
An application of bipolar membrane electrodialysis with two cells in the process of purifying dilute sulphric dioxide was provided. The apparatus was consisted of bipolar membrane and ion-exchange membranes made in China. The results indicate that the high electric current coefficient (80%~100%)and rapid conversion ratio could be obtained under the electric current about 96.09 mA/cm 2 and membrane potential (1.2~1.7 V).The problems existing in the bipolar membranes and the future trends in the bipolar membranes were proposed in the paper.
